I am posting this because the time to make your reservations at the motel are going to become slimmer as the summer gets over.

The one importance of attending this meeting is because they do not accept any absentee ballots (votes). This meeting we will be voting to have absentee ballots allowed in a voting process. At the meeting last fall they were heated arguments because so many ballots was sent in and the officers threw them all out because they said it was voted against the year before not to allow them. But the absentee ballots were attached to the October mailing from the MBA and were not marked in-valid. We will be discussing this further in the August meeting.
