| I thought it would be a good idea to bring a sign up sheet to the next meeting to prepare for the summer picnic. If I understand things correctly the picnic will be a pot-luck style gathering. The club will supply the hamburgers and hot dogs but the rest of us should bring something as well if we are able to. So I would like to pass around this sign up sheet so that we could cover things like paper plates, plastic spoons and forks, soda, ice, desserts etc.. Cheers
