I have some Bee Pollen granules and would like to know about how much I should be taking, I started about a month ago with 2-3 granules and increased every few days, I only take about 1/2 tsp daily now but doesn't seem to be helping or it is and my allergies would be much worse, lol. Any input?? Thanks so much.
